We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging.

How to request a refund

Email jaymeen2307@gmail.com with your order number and reason within 7 days of delivery. We'll share return instructions.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Size exchanges

Drops are limited — exchanges are subject to remaining stock in your size. If unavailable, we'll process a refund instead.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
